Inspection and Maintenance of Photovoltaic Mounting Structures

Photovoltaic mounting structures must comply with the following requirements:

1. Connections: Bolts, welds, and joints of the mounting structure should be secure and stable.

2. Surface of the mounting structure: The anti-corrosion coating on the surface of the mounting structure should not exhibit cracking or peeling. If such issues occur, timely recoating is required.

Operation and maintenance of photovoltaic power stations and residential photovoltaic systems, in addition to complying with relevant regulations, must also adhere to the following requirements:

1. Photovoltaic building materials and photovoltaic components should be regularly inspected, cleaned, maintained, and serviced by technical personnel. If any of the following issues are identified, immediate adjustment or replacement is necessary.

2. The drainage systems of photovoltaic building materials and photovoltaic components must remain unobstructed and require regular clearing to prevent potential blockages.

3. The sealant of photovoltaic building materials and photovoltaic components should show no defects such as detachment, cracking, or bubbling, and sealing strips should not fall off or become damaged.

4. Doors and windows incorporating photovoltaic building materials or photovoltaic components should open and close smoothly. Hardware accessories should function without impairment or damage, and installation bolts or screws should not be loose or ineffective.

5. Equipment used for inspecting, cleaning, maintaining, and repairing photovoltaic building materials and photovoltaic components (e.g., cleaning machines, hanging baskets) must be secure, easy to operate, and include measures to prevent impact or damage to the photovoltaic building materials and components.

6. When cleaning photovoltaic building materials and photovoltaic components indoors, ensure that water does not enter fire-resistant partition materials or the electrical interfaces of components or arrays.

7. For hidden-frame glass photovoltaic building materials and photovoltaic components, when replacing glass, fully cured components should be replaced as a whole unit.
