Solar energy is one of the most accessible and promotable clean energy sources among renewable energy types. As the main form of solar energy utilization, photovoltaic (PV) power generation plays a crucial role in addressing global climate change, haze control, energy conservation and emission reduction, and energy transition.
Photovoltaic, short for solar photovoltaic power generation system, is a new type of power generation system that uses the photovoltaic effect of solar cell semiconductor materials to directly convert sunlight radiation energy into electricity. It has two operation modes: independent operation and grid-connected operation.
PV agriculture, also known as "agri-photovoltaics", is not limited to photovoltaics but also includes solar thermal. It is a new type of agriculture that widely applies solar power generation technology to modern agricultural fields such as planting, irrigation, pest and disease control, and power supply for agricultural machinery. Its main forms include PV irrigation, PV greenhouses, PV breeding, and PV farms.
Generally, the installation of small-scale flat solar mounting brackets mainly consists of three core components: triangular beam brackets, crossbeam brackets, and vertical brackets. Their main purpose is to form a certain angle with the irradiation surface. Additional installation components include load-bearing parts, diagonal braces, tie rods, pressing blocks, hinges, bolts, and connectors.
① Triangular beam brackets include longitudinal and transverse types (back beams, inclined beams, and lower beams), and flat steel is generally used as the material.
② Crossbeam brackets mainly play a role in pressure resistance. Aluminum alloy C-sections are usually used, and the hole diameter is selected according to the application scenario.
③ Vertical brackets can either be the back beams of triangular beam frames or designed separately.
④ Other connecting structures mainly serve to fix the brackets. During installation, triangular beam brackets are connected and fixed with bolts, and then connected and fixed with other crossbeams and vertical components. However, the following points deserve attention: a stop component must be added when connecting the crossbeam to the support frame; if necessary, tie rods can be used for connection in the crossbeam, and whether to install tie rods and diagonal braces depends on the span size; when the crossbeam is too long, connecting plates and bolts must be used for connection and fixation.
